Our team includes community members committed to sharing stories and providing valuable resources to support Toronto’s Downtown East. Bachana Adamia is a multimedia journalist from Tbilisi, Georgia, with over eight years of experience working across TV, radio, and online media, including his time at Warus Media. He has a keen interest in documentary photography.

Peninah Asiimwe is a seasoned author, philanthropist, and content creator with more than six years of experience. She joined Pulse to leverage her passion for storytelling, empowering marginalized communities, and fostering social change.

Benjamin Blais

Benjamin Blais is a critically acclaimed actor, an award-winning theatre and film director and is currently the festival director of the Open Vault Festival, a quarterly festival showcasing international short films & digital works.
